Use Widoco and publish on https://annosaxfdm.github.io/ontology using GitHub pages, also integrate into or link from the ANNO homepage.

Should this be only ANNOdc or also ANNOds? As the title of the ontology docs is ANNO in general, it should be both but there is currently too much noise due to individuals like images being generated as classes, see Onto-Med/SMOG#60.
So start with just ANNOdc.

Is now online on https://annosaxfdm.github.io/ontology but only ANNOdc for now because ANNOds contains too many "false classes" that should be individuals, see #4.

#4 has now been resolved, and we can try adding ANNOds.

As the paper is still under review and the doc workflow finished, I will mark this as closed and do the citation information later when appropriate.
