Increase the default grpc message size limit to 256 MB. This is a stop-gap measure before #141 can be implemented.

📝 Description of the feature
For servers of type
GRPC, the creation of gRPC channels is handled on theProductInstance, separately from the launcher plugin. This means the gRPC options cannot be configured.We should find a way to make these configurable, preferably per-product.
