In particular, this configuration file needs to be updated to account for new log fields that have been added to audit log entries, such as the logLabel.

1. Update fluent configuration file to account for new log fields
2. Replace deprecated `<match fluent.**>` with `<label @FLUENT_LOG>`
3. Remove unused kubernetes_metadata plugin filter
4. Add a new snapshot of Kibana and update the log example in the docs
