Seems that the change #24089 to switch to direct github has some problems (saw it in few PRs) - until we fix it, this seems wors than the original flakiness :)

Actually @jedcunningham - it seems things have gotten worse. Right now even reverting the change with #24089 does not fix the problem. Seems that no matter if you use the originall ""https://charts.bitnami.com/bitnami"" or the new GitHub - link we have a problem. This is precisely the kind of problems we want to avoid in our CI. Right now seems that Bitnami got even worse than before and something terribly wrong with the chart happen.

I don't really trust bitnami for that,

Ok. the problem is here: bitnami/charts#10539

Seems that bitnami - in order to resolve the 500 Internall error simply deleted old versions of charts (including our postgres) from their index.

Really "nice" solution.
