Add more parameter support for the copy_object function in airflow.providers.amazon.aws.hooks.s3

The introduced S3.Client.copy_object () supports multiple parameters. See the address https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/s3/client/copy_object.html#S3.Client.copy_object for details. However, the existing support of airflow does not introduce multiple parameters of copy_object (). I need to use more parameters.
