Removing deprecated code in hive provider #38859

Since we will be having a 8.0.0, taking an opportunity to remove deprecated hive code.

Read the Pull Request Guidelines for more information.
In case of fundamental code changes, an Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
In case of a new dependency, check compliance with the ASF 3rd Party License Policy.
In case of backwards incompatible changes please leave a note in a newsfragment file, named {pr_number}.significant.rst or {issue_number}.significant.rst, in newsfragments.

yes we need to explain what is removed and how to migrate (usually some variation of the removed warning)

Could you also update CHANGELOG.rst and mention what things are removed, what is an alternative (if exists) and what the end users should use instead:
