This PR adds a paragraph to the docs explaining
airflow dags test, as requested #7426 (comment). There are tests now so I believe that part is resolved.Make sure to mark the boxes below before creating PR: [x]
In case of fundamental code change, Airflow Improvement Proposal (AIP) is needed.
