Override id with ios-CFBundleIdentifier when both id and ios-CFBundleIdentifier are defined in config.xml

Motivation and Context
When both id and ios-CFBundleIdentifier are defined in config.xml, Xcode project should be created with ios-CFBundleIdentifier as the bundle identifier. Else, bundle identifier should be the id.
