I have added few links from GCP on using Dataflow (Apache Beam) to read and write Iceberg Tables
I have also include gcp-bigquery.md doc with few examples on how to create manage and self-manage iceberg tables in BigQuery

Added Dataflow(Apache Beam) links to help users reading and writing Apache Iceberg
There are 2 examples on how to create Iceberg Tables using BigQuery

@eder001 I think this might contain too much marketing, rather then specific instructions. Can you coordinate with the BigLake/BigQuery team to revise internally and then open reopen the PR.
