Motivation
While the pure Go ZStd library is very convenient, its performance is still ~50% slower than the native C ZStd library, per their own benchmarks: https://github.com/klauspost/compress/tree/master/zstd#performance
For this, if the application has already CGO enabled, we can use the native library.
