Describe the Bug

MessageStoreConfig can't set timerSkipUnknownError property.

so I can't set timerSkipUnknownError false to true

Steps to Reproduce

normal start

What Did You Expect to See?

timerSkipUnknownError is true

What Did You See Instead?

timerSkipUnknownError is false

Additional Context

broker.conf can't modify timerSkipUnknownError
