Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Bump io.seata:seata-all for testing to 2.0.0. This involves updating unit tests. Split this PR from the Add GraalVM Reachability Metadata and corresponding nativeTest for Seata integration #30138 side for clarification.
  • According to Documentation lacks explanation of service.enableDegrade property incubator-seata#6347 , service.enableDegrade has been replaced by client.tm.degradeCheck.
  • According to https://seata.apache.org/docs/v1.5/ops/upgrade , the default transaction group has been changed from my_test_tx_group to default_tx_group.
• Document the problems with org.antlr:antlr4-runtime:4.8 of Seata Client. On the ShardingSphere side 4.10.1 is used.
• Clarify that the io.seata.spring.annotation.GlobalTransactional annotation should be avoided.
  • Fixes SpringCloud+Seata1.5.2+ShardingSphereJDBC5.2.1 SeataATShardingSphereTransactionManager.commit throw null exception #22356 .
  • Fixes the return value of "org.apache.shardingsphere.transaction.base.seata.at.SeataTransactionHolder.get()" is null #29681 .
  • Fixes shardingsphere-jdbc 5.4.0 AT transaction rollback not taking effect #29712 .
  • Fixes How to configure 'seata.enable-auto-data-source-proxy' when using shardingsphere? #24586 .
  • Fixes An null exception occurred when integrating seata #24735 .
  • Fixes Today, I encountered a new problem while learning how to build seata, which has been bothering me for a long time. I didn't expect it to be because of something. Please help me #27391 .
  • Fixes 5.3.1 When integrating seata global transactions, if there are also global transactions on the periphery, the commit () method reports a null exception #24332 .
