Purpose
This commit introduces functionality for selecting time ranges for individual widgets on the dashboard. Users can now select different time ranges for their widgets through a time range selector. This feature is available only when the global time settings checkbox is not selected in the dashboard's edit window, ensuring that widget-specific settings can be managed separately from global settings.Remarks
