build(deps): bump express and @applitools/eyes-cypress

Removes [express](https://github.com/expressjs/express). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@applitools/eyes-cypress](https://github.com/applitools/eyes.sdk.javascript1/tree/HEAD/js/packages/eyes-cypress). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `express`

Updates `@applitools/eyes-cypress` from 3.25.3 to 3.27.8
