TP grids should retain pagination positioning

Current behavior:

Pagination is not retained in any of the following tables when navigating away and then back to the table.

• servers
• ds requests

New behavior:

Pagination IS retained in any of the following tables when navigating away and then back to the table.

• servers
• ds requests

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:

• Navigate to https://tp.domain.tld/#!/servers or https://tp.domain.tld/#!/delivery-service-requests (make sure ds requests are enabled in traffic_portal_properties.json) and paginate to page 2
• click on a row to navigate away from the table
• hit the back button
• notice that you are no longer on page 2 but on page 1 instead.
