Once the PR (apollographql/federation#158) on the Apollo Federation repository merges that moves the Federation and Gateway documentation from its current home on (this) Apollo Server repository to its new home on the Federation repository (to live with the code, which was moved in apollographql/federation#134 and removed from this repository in #4561), we need to setup redirects in this repository to redirect the /federation/ subdirectory to the root / of that repository.

The only exception to that mapping is that introduction on this repository has become index on the other repository!
