Describe the problem

When I install a platform the IDE does not show it installed.

To reproduce

installed_platform.mp4

Expected behavior

IDE should show when a platform is installed. Before 8e09971

Arduino IDE version

a088ba9

Operating system

macOS

Operating system version

14.2.1
