1. Reduced visual clutter in Library Manager List …

   - Corrected library.properties assignment w.r.t description and summary
   - Brought the Author entry to a new line
   - Changed contrast raatio of list items for better readability
   - Made the version entry bold & added margin on top
   - Added margins between summary and description
   - Removed margin from Version selection box to allow the Install button in the same line when the Panel width is minimum
   - Changed behaviour of Install button to be visible only on hover
