Summary

Port of UI dashboard , which can be run by kubectl argo rollouts dashboard command, can't be changed from 3100.
It should be able to be changed.

Use Cases

I'd like to run UI dashboard using other port like below.

kubectl argo rollouts dashboard --port 8000
