The movement icons in the rebel faction column in the population tab were shown out of order. For example the borders policy icon was used for pops that were part of "Debtor's Prisons Abolition Movement". This is now fixed by moving the border policy icon from movement_strip_social.dds to movement_strip_political.dds and the political rights icon vice versa and changing the order of some social and political polices in issues.txt. Also the icons from movement_strip_social.dds were out of alignment so that was fixed as well.
