Update sm8250: kernel add current and edge branch And Update Odin2: add kernel update hook script

Description

Two kernel branches have been added to 8250, as some of its features were compromised in 6. x, the latest branch is needed for testing

Added Odin2 kernel update script so that kernel updates will not cause startup issues

How Has This Been Tested?

Both kernels were compiled on UMI and passed

Manually built the kernel deb package for Odin2 and installed it for testing

• Successfully updated kernel

Tested on xiaomi elish. Note: after deleting old linux-image-sm8250-arm64, /etc/kernel/postinst.d/zz-update-abl-kernel should be manually updated.
