This will let the Artillery Cloud reports to link back to the GHA job run that triggered the test.

Description
If an Artillery test is running on GitHub Actions, send the job URL to Artillery Cloud.
This will let the Artillery Cloud reports to link back to the GHA job run that triggered the test.
