Docs build broken on Julia v1.10 #326

Now that Julia v1.10.0 has been released, our docs build fails (see e.g. https://github.com/arviz-devs/ArviZ.jl/actions/runs/7333875645/job/19969889712). This is due to MakieOrg/AlgebraOfGraphics.jl#472 JuliaLang/julia#52385, which would be fixed by andyferris/Dictionaries.jl#127

This was fixed in MakieOrg/AlgebraOfGraphics.jl#484, and the docs build now passes, (see e.g. https://github.com/arviz-devs/ArviZ.jl/actions/runs/7404178752/job/20145291892)
