What is the goal of this pull request?
I've seen some dependency bumps missing from Dependabot. I don't see an exact reason, for instance, some plugins in
pluginManagementreceived a bump PR, but others don't. Same for some dependencies.The main goal of this PR is to increase Dependabot to daily schedule to see if those missing dependencies are detected at some point.
It also includes other changes are relted to dependency management.
