Rename Notebook related symbols (#6862)

This PR renames the following symbols:

* `PySourceType::Jupyter` -> `PySourceType::Ipynb`
* `SourceKind::Jupyter` -> `SourceKind::IpyNotebook`
* `JupyterIndex` -> `NotebookIndex`
