This should fix the problem we found on our first commit to main: https://github.com/aurora-opensource/au/actions/runs/5059742808/jobs/9081711357 I tested this locally by running `direnv deny`, and iterating on the script until `tools/bin/bazel run //:mike -- deploy temp` worked.

I tested this locally by running
direnv deny, and iterating on thescript until
tools/bin/bazel run //:mike -- deploy tempworked.I also tested this remotely with the commit
6622fcc. The associated job succeeded:
