Before Filing An Issue

When you have a problem or an idea for an enhancement, you'll almost always get better and faster support by first posting on our support list.
There are a number of users there who can help while there are only two of us here.
We would much prefer to reserve actual issues for verified/verifiable bugs and requests for enhancements which have first been discussed a bit on the support list.
Often, we can find a solution without any need for a development issue.
If something really needs to be an issue, we can review/clarify it and make sure useful supporting information gets included in the issue from the start - making it much easier to start actually resolving it.
