Add feature to disable TurboJPEG MJPEG to RGB processing where we can't control coef which affects the calibration process.
Instead use MJPEG to raw YUV planes which is already used by HyperHDR for MJPEG HDR tone mapping.
Mainly intended for the MS2130 grabber calibration process when USB2.0 port is used: more here
