PayPal Standard links should be updated

Expected behavior

When I click a transaction link, I expect it to take me to the transaction.

Actual behavior

PayPal links with www in the URL are not working correctly. This affects transactions made with PayPal Standard, but not the new PayPal Commerce gateway.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Click a transaction link for an order placed with the PayPal Standard gateway.

Information (if a specific version is affected):

PHP Version: 7.4
EDD Version (or branch): master
WordPress Version: 5.8

Any other relevant information:
Reported by a member of the WPForms team, specifically for PayPal Express, but the old PayPal Standard gateway uses the same URL format. It should be updated so that past order links work.
