Fix for #1083.
Description of changes:
This was a left over from before we had an API that included this instance type. Regenerated the limits file without the manual override.
Worth noting that
g4dnxl, 2xl, 4xl, 8xl, and 16xl all have 1 GPU, but the 12xl has 4 GPUs and metal has 8 GPUs.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
