The milestone for moving the RDS Construct Library from 'developer preview' to 'stable' (at which point no backwards-incompatible changes can be made to it). Needs the RDS to 'developer preview' milestone (https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/milestone/2) to be completed first.
