Description

This PR upgrades codegen to use Smithy 1.33.0. It requires this change for smithy-typescript: smithy-lang/smithy-typescript#807. For now, requestCompression related protocol tests have been disabled through the update to AwsProtocolUtils.java. Those should be re-enabled following implementation of requestCompression.

As part of this update, aws-restjson-server and aws-restjson-validation-server are upgraded to use @aws-smithy/[email protected].

Testing

Ran yarn generate-clients before running yarn test:protocols and yarn test:server-protocols.
