This eases the install pain for Windows users - since many are not yet familiar with Golang or how to install it.

@samuelkarp - Do you mind taking a look at this PR? Only changes is markdown - to improve docs for windows users.

Hey @aaronsteers, my apologies for the delay here. For Windows, it might be easiest to direct folks to download one of our prebuilt binaries from the Releases page. If you also want to make the instructions in the "From Source" section more clear for Windows that could be useful as well, though I'd direct folks to download Go from golang.org instead of a package manager.
