Optimizes Renderer::fillVerticesAndIndices() to use dedicated methods for vertex and index transforms to optimize the loop and to avoid unnecessary memcpy. Includes NEON and NEON64 variants. On iPhone 11 I get 7-8% speedup on scene with 80k vertices.
