Moving to redsocks2 (w/shadowsocks)?

Looking through issues, there seem to be several related to redsocks, that are either still open or were closed without fixes, including:

• redsocks does not appear to support ssl proxy connections #1522
• UDP packets not being forwarded by redsocks #1915
• Investigate why local packets are leaking to outer network when using redsocks #2021
• Device at v2.85.2 still online and accessible even if glider disconnected #2352 (seems to be moving towards being IPv6 related)
• Support proxying IPv6 traffic via redsocks #2408

redsocks has not been touched in 4 years. It really seems like time to move to redsocks2 (which now includes shadowsocks), which provides much more modern support for the original goal of CloudConnect making it through a proxy while also supporting IPv6, enhanced encryption, and more proxy types.
