Url Expander | A Chrome extension which expands a shortened url to its full address

How to install

2. Go to "chrome://extensions" in your chromium based browser
3. Turn on developer mode
4. Select "Load Unpacked"
5. From explorer, navigate to "UrlExpander" folder

If successfully installed, it should show up in your installed extensions

How to use

1. Right-click on any shortened link and select "Expand URL" from context menu

2. The Url will be expanded right where it appears

In case the url is not a link but text on the webpage

1. Select the url and right click to select Expand URL

2. The URL will be expanded just like the previous method

Note. The 2nd method would take longer than the first one

Issues

1. If same link appears more than once on the page, all corresponding links would be replaced
2. May take longer time for longer web pages or web pages with a lot of links
3. Underlying api has a limit of 100 expansions per hour
