Issue number: #6416

Description of this change

Added CgoTrimmedPathsHandler class:

  • During debugging, identifies and restores paths trimmed by cgo.
  • Handles ambiguities due to name collisions between Bazel workspace names and file names.

Added cgo property in GoIdeInfo:

  • Indicates whether a Go target has cgo sources, enabling more accurate path resolution.
