Previously setting features for the doctests themselves wasn't supported at all, and attempting to use a proc macro would fail. I needed both of these together to write a test.

It had problems with single quotes on Linux, and lots of problems on Windows. This is necessary for my new tests to pass on Windows, and I discovered the Linux bug while writing the test.
