The flag by default is set to 80h, which indicates random access for the edit unit. This commit sets that default flag to 80h for the intra-coded / data essence types that didn't have it already set.

The default for the Index Table index entry array element in the MXF spec. is 80h, which indicates random access for the edit unit. This commit sets that default for the intra-coded / data essence types that didn't have it already set.
