I was in the middle of the pull request when you made commit 8d57f5a (applied icewm-1.2.23-alsa.patch), so I had to recreate this as it conflicted with mine. The changes made in "icesound.cc"in this pull request are trivial now due to that, but the others in that first commit should help finish what is currently missing. Also, I did some formatting tweaks and spelling corrections to some of the documents.
