[FIX] make iEEG ToC more consistent with MEG and EEG (#191)

* made the section headings and ToC consistent with meg and eeg
- removed the space-<xxx> from the filename in the section headings, it is still part of the actual specification

* small updated to phrasing, no conceptual changes

* Update 04-intracranial-electroencephalography.md
