looks good to me, it appears as the first thing when typing "pdf" into the search bar 👍
Also, we'll have this on the website as well thanks to your bids-standard/bids-website#119 so I am confident that it'll be ovbious enough for users.

The new PDF rendering isn't presently referenced within the specification. The place to reference the PDF version is clearly the 'front matter' page
src/index.md, but I'm not entirely pleased with my addition, tacking on the sentence...... but I couldn't see a more elegant edit.
This addresses #135.
