I did not find time to keep our tooling up with environmental changes. I will try to find that time eventually |

Add Conan2 recipe for wxWidgets v3.2.1.

To be able to use wxWidgets v3.2.1 with Conan2.
How Has This Been Tested?
Ran following commands:
On Windows 11 machine with Visual Studio 2022.
