Consider consolidating "Training material" and "Tutorial" #161

Looks just weird to have Tutorial but not all the other types of Training material so I propose:

Remove Tutorial
Refactor by adding text "Tutorial" as note to what is simply now Training material, as required

Any objections @hansioan @matuskalas @hmenager ?

PS. leave it e.g. to TeSS to define training material types.
