  1. Downgrade GHC from 9.4.8 to 9.4.7 

    9.4.8 throws a slow start error:

  3. Bump all clash dependencies to current master HEAD 

    Do note that we currently retain our local version of `PeriodToCycles`.
This version still has the `Max` types which greatly improves usability.
