Learn about vigilant mode.

Now supports cx_Freeze build on Linux and Windows as well. Additional fixes have been incorporated into this release.
Provides cx_Freeze and PyInstaller static binaries for Linux, and source code for other systems.

Simple installation/upgrade on blackPanther OS:
installing pycoder
or hungarian command:
telepites pycoder

(does not require these archives, binaries on blackPanther OS)
