A Puppet module to download files with wget, supporting authentication.
install wget:

This fetches a document which requires authentication:

rake
will run the rspec-puppet specs
rake spec:system
will run the rspec-system specs with vagrant
RS_DESTROY=no rake spec:system
to avoid destroying the vm after running the tests
