I am concerned about this: add-apt-repository ppa:deadsnakes/ppa

Is there a reason why this need to be added?

It was already here, it's for python version: see https://askubuntu.com/questions/1398568/installing-python-who-is-deadsnakes-and-why-should-i-trust-them

deadsnakes is a joke about 'python'

I missed the fact that it was already there. All good. It willbe part of the next update. Merging to dev2.
