#Running MAARS ##Adapt your microscope configuration Change channel configurations in maars_config.xml under the root Micro-Manager folder. We used "Illumination" as channel group in Micro-Manager. And "BF","CFP","GFP",TxRed" for different illumination. You can also change the channel exposure in this file
