Rename [blocks] shortcode to [contents] #31

I want to use the [blocks] shortcode as part of oik-shortcodes to display the list of blocks associated with a component ( normally a plugin ). The current [blocks] shortcode basically displays the raw post contents. It’s not used much, since oik-block is hardly used anywhere, so it makes sense to rename it as part of a general tidy up of the plugin.
The new name for the shortcode will be [contents].

Note: The [content] shortcode might also need to be be renamed.

There's some documentation for the [contents] shortcode in blocks.wp.a2z which doesn't look quite right.
